This policy explains how zocrew collects, uses, and protects personal information for the zocrew attendance and workforce operations service.

1. Controller
01Street Co., Ltd. operates zocrew and is the controller for personal information processed to provide the attendance and workforce operations service. 2. Personal information we collect
We collect or generate the following information only as needed to provide the service:
- Name, email address, account credentials, OAuth identifiers, and account or employee identifiers
- Organization, store, role, employee profile, employment agreement, and membership information
- Work schedule, attendance, clock-in, clock-out, break, correction, and location verification records when enabled by the store
- Checklist results, notice acknowledgements, requests, feed posts, comments, reactions, searches, and other user-generated operational content
- Photos, signatures, document files, health or required work documents, and supporting materials submitted through service features
- Payroll-related records such as work hours, wage rules, payroll previews, deductions, and payslip information when payroll features are enabled
- Device and push notification identifiers, locale, service logs, error diagnostics, security records, and audit trails
Where a user submits attachments or supporting materials through a service feature, we process those files only for that feature and related operational purposes.
3. How we use the information
- Provide account access and identity verification.
- Record attendance and manage workforce operations.
- Send required transactional communications.
- Respond to support inquiries and compliance requests.
- Prepare employment, payroll, schedule, checklist, notice, and request workflows for authorized users.
- Maintain service security, analyze incidents, prevent misuse, and keep audit records.
4. Retention and deletion
We retain personal information only for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Attendance, payroll, agreement, tax, accounting, dispute, and audit records are retained for the period required by law, contract, compliance needs, or legitimate business purposes, and optional submitted documents are removed or anonymized when the retention purpose ends.
- When the retention period expires, personal information is deleted in a manner designed to prevent practical recovery or is anonymized so that individuals can no longer be identified.
- Electronic records are deleted through restricted procedures, and backup data is removed according to backup rotation and retention schedules.
- When we receive a deletion request, we verify the requester and review whether any legal retention requirement applies before confirming the result.
5. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information and do not share it with third parties for advertising sales purposes. We disclose personal information to trusted service providers only as needed to operate zocrew, and we require those providers to use the information only for the contracted service purposes.

6. Security

After verifying the requester, we respond in accordance with applicable law and service operation needs, and we explain the result or any reason a request is limited.
8. Changes to this policy
