Account deletion
Request deletion of your zocrew account.
You can request account deletion from Account settings in the app or by email. After we receive the request, we verify the requester and explain which data will be deleted, anonymized, or retained for legal obligations.
How to request deletion
- Sign in to the app or web service and open Account settings.
- Use the Account deletion request section and optionally add context for the request.
- If you cannot sign in, email us with your account email, organization/store name, and request details.

Processing timeline
After verification, we generally review and respond within 30 days. If legal retention obligations or active dispute needs limit the request, we explain the scope and reason.
Data deleted or anonymized
- Login account data, OAuth links, password-login data, and device push tokens
- Profile information and optional attachments after applicable retention obligations end
- Operational records that no longer need direct identification may be anonymized instead of deleted.
Data that may be retained
- Attendance, payroll, agreement, tax, accounting, dispute, and security-audit records
- Information that must be retained for legal, contractual, or legitimate business obligations
- Retained records are access-restricted and deleted or anonymized when the retention purpose ends.
